Our Adventure Pack program is designed around structured group dynamics, safety, calm leadership, and carefully matched pack experiences.

This intake form helps us determine:
• pack compatibility
• temperament suitability
• energy-level placement
• training or preparation recommendations
• overall safety for both dogs and handlers

Because our walks are intentionally structured, not every dog will be the right fit for every group environment.

Please answer all questions honestly and thoroughly so we can create the safest and most successful experience possible for your dog.
