Dog Walking
(pricing includes up to 2 dogs same family)
Your Dog(s) will get walked rain, snow or sunshine.  All private dog walks include pick up and drop off, a good towel dry on rainy days, Fresh water change and Feedings (at your request), And lots of TLC.

*In the case extreme weather conditions (i.e., thunderstorms, extreme heat, extreme cold etc.), walks will be shortened for the comfort and safety of the dog and walker and the remainder of the visit time will be spent indoors

Backyard "Let-Out" (Potty Break)

This service is great for Senior dogs or dogs that just need a quick break.  Includes 15 minute backyard visit, fresh water and food if required.

Puppy Visits

 

Puppies need regular breaks and plenty of one-on-one attention. If you work during the day, this may be just what your puppy needs.  We will assist with the house breaking of your new puppy by keeping them on a regular schedule, give them their extra meals and water, and engage them in exercise and play. Clean up of any  accidents and lots of TLC included.

 Cat Visits
(Minimum 1 visit per 24 hour period)
Active Paws Pet Care will come to your home and care for your Cat(s) and home while you are away. We will follow your pet care routine as closely as possible, including feeding/fresh water, clean the litter and change it when necessary, playtime and provide lots of TLC. We also provide basic home care services while you're gone, such as taking in mail, watering plants and alternating lights and blinds and setting out or taking in trash receptacles.

(Minimum 1 visit for each 24 Hour Period of absence of Pet Owners for health and safety reasons)

*Please note there is a mileage fee of .25 cents/kilo for distances in excess of 10 kilometres round trip. (Using MapQuest - Driving Directions)

  • Regular Dog Walks and Let-outs are only scheduled Monday-Friday between the hours of 8am and 6pm.
  • Active Paws Pet Care accepts cash and cheques only.
