FAQsDo I have to Sign a Contract? Yes, we need a signed copy of our Schedule of Services and Service Agreement stating that you agree to let us into your home at stated dates and times to care for your animals as well as that you are aware of and agree to our procedures and policies.
What happens if my pet has a medical emergency? Part of our initial Meet and Greet is to fill out forms in regards to your animals medical history as well as a veterinarian release form. We carry this information with us at all times in case an emergency situation arises.
